Description of Services:
Provide
the necessary personnel,
services, supervision,
facilities, materials,
and equipment to safely
perform flight operation
utilizing
government-owned OH-58C
helicopters supporting
training exercises at the
US Army National Training
Center, Bicycle Lake AAF,
Ft. Irwin, CA. Pilots
operate in a desert
environment day and
night, using night vision
goggles as required.
Flights will include
low-level,
nap-of-the-earth, and
terrain following from
sea level to over
5000' altitude.
